Zigbee
We use ZigBee technology to communicate between mobile terminals and the base system.
ZigBee is the international standard based on IEEE 802.15.4 for a low speed, wireless, personal area network aiming for low power, low cost applications. In addition to its advantage in power consumption and cost, it also provides highly stable communication and it is one of the most rapidly growing technologies recently.
ZigBee standardized its network (NWK) layer, application support (APS) layer, and security and application (APL) layer on the physical (PHY) layer and media access (MAC) layer based on IEEE 802.15.4. Its physical layer is very simple and the media access layer is designed to minimize power consumption.
ZigBee is well suited for remote control, remote management, and remote monitoring as well as various applications such as home automation, factory automation, and industry automation.
